This policy explains what information Nivaro collects when you visit this website or ask for early access, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Nivaro is in development; today this site is informational and the only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us.
This site is operated by Nivaro (operated by Anish Mahajan), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, contact us at anish.athlore@gmail.com. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below, and the same address serves as our contact for grievances.
Information you give us. When you submit the early-access form, we collect the details you enter: your email address, and optionally your company, a note on what you are building, how many agents you expect to run, and which kinds of access you are interested in.
Information collected automatically. When you load the site, our hosting and form providers process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. This is ordinary web-server information used to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data on our behalf:
These providers may process data on servers outside India. We share your information with them only to run this site, and with no one else, unless we are required to by law.
We keep early-access submissions until you ask us to delete them, or until we end the early-access programme, whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept only as long as our providers retain them for security and operations.
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete it, or erase it, and you may withdraw the consent you gave at any time. To exercise any of these, email anish.athlore@gmail.com and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may raise a grievance with us at the same address, and you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, and we rely on established providers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site and the early-access programme are meant for people acting in a professional capacity and are not directed at children. Please do not submit the form if you are under 18.
We may update this policy as the product develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
